Vegan Camping Grocery List

Vegan camping Grocery list:

Every 4th of July we go out to a waterski lake and live outside in our bathing suits for days on end. It’s magic. Although we are staying with family, I always stop and grab a few things at the grocery store on the way from the airport to the lake. I am not completely vegan, however I do not eat meat and vegan items are the easiest to cook and keep fresh when you don’t want to bother the host with your eating regulations. Thought I would share my super simple go to list because I am always looking for ideas myself. These snacks and meals are inexpensive, take less than 5 minutes to make, include little to no cleanup, and ensure that I never go hungry on outside adventures!



  • Oats

  • Almond milk

  • Banana

  • Peanut or Almond butter

  • Avocado

  • Whole grain bread

  • Crackers

  • Carrots

  • Hummus

  • Salsa

  • Tortilla chips

  • Pre-made rice/quinoa/grain


These items can all be mixed and matched, here are some ideas:

  1. Oatmeal w/ almond milk, banana and peanut butter

  2. Avocado Toast

  3. Peanut butter Sandwich

  4. Crackers with avocado or hummus

  5. Carrots/chips with hummus

  6. Salsa and chips

  7. Rice with avocado
